The Department of Justice must accept the verdict by State of Florida of George Zimmerman and stop pursuing injustice

Created by C.M. on July 15, 2013

Attorney General Eric Holder,
The Department of Justice has closely monitored the State of Florida's prosecution of the case against George Zimmerman in the Trayvon Martin murder since it began. Today, with the acquittal of George Zimmerman, it is time to put this matter to rest, and The Department of Justice needs to step aside and let time heal all wounds.
The most fundamental of civil rights — the right to life — was violated the night George Zimmerman was forced ti defend himself, resulting in the death of the person who assaulted him, Trayvon Martin. We ask that the Department of Justice remove itself from further interference with this case, which was handled lawfully by the State of Florida. The Department of Justice is asked to cease and desist from further interference immediately
