Department Of Social Services through out the U.S has been known to violate many civil rights such as, illegal search and seizure without compelling evidence. Child removal has been done solely on allegations and medical history. There should be a thorough review on how Child Protective Services removes a child from a home. Most child removals were based entirely on hysteria and panic. If one child is severely abused all it takes is for a different mother to lose her child over something manageable such as depression, or unemployment.
