Merge Depts of Energy & Interior.
This would help with land & resource managment eliminate "red tape".
This would combine the efforts/interests of an industry looking for energy; & resource conservation would be "baked in" as they would have to work together to find energy in "all of the above" manner.
it is time to look at land management and energy production in a more balanced perspective.
