We the people of the USA and the entire human race on earth, feel that Mr. Bieber has become too dangerous to live among humans. Deportation to another country is not enough to ensure the safety of the human race.
We are asking for Mr. Bieber to be retained at Guantanamo Bay detention camp until 2024 for the safety of himself and his fellow humans. The first seat on the first Mars one mission in 2024, should be reserved for Mr. Bieber. This one way mission will give Mr. Bieber a chance to grow up and prove himself as a well-adjusted, useful human while helping establish a human settlement on Mars
As part of Mr. Bieber rehabilitation and paying his debt to society, all his assets, and all future income should be confiscated and donated to the Mars-One organization to help fund the Mission
