Deploy the newly developed arsenal of cyber-weapons to prevent attacks on America

On October 7, 2016 the US Government officially accused Russia of interfering in the 2016 elections via cyber espionage. Extensive analysis by the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) and industry leaders provided proof for this statement. On November 10, 2016 Russian President Vladimir Putin’s most senior diplomat, Sergei Ryabkov, confirmed methods were deployed during the election. Though it will never be certain if any of these methods were effective, there is stark evidence Russia interfered with the very foundation of America.
The only way to prevent further weakening America is to launch a counterattack against any nation determined to destroy our democracy. In this regard, we petition President Obama to deploy America’s newly developed arsenal of cyber-weapons.
