The constitution of this country is continually dismissed by our government. For those who disagree with any part of the constitution of the United States of America, please leave the country. The 2nd amendment states clearly that it is in "the right of the people to keep and bear arms". This amendment is not only for hunting and protecting your family from unforeseen dangers at home, but also against the possibility of the nation's government becoming tyrannical. In the past decade alone, our rights as Americans have been infringed upon and taken away. Being armed with semi-automatic rifles such as AR-15's complies with the constitution and gives American citizens control over their own safety. With so many rights already being taken away please do not take away a basic right to protect.
