We believe that anyone residing within the borders, both domestic and foreign, of the United States is and should be subject to its laws. If one is an illegal alien, they are not following the laws of the United States, and as such, should be deported until such time as they take the necessary steps through the proper channel to become a legal and law-abiding citizen of the United States of America.
