Deport all legal permanent residents and undocumented aliens who are sex offenders from the U.S and ban their reentry.

I recently discovered that a Cuban refugee residing in my neighborhood sexually assaulted and sodomized a young boy in 1996. He was arrested, yet when he applied for citizenship, he lied. After this was discovered, his citizenship was revoked, however, he was allowed to stay in the U.S. indefinitely due to the present "wet foot, dry foot policy' of the United States towards Cuban refugees. My petition is simple: I would like for the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security deport all legal permanent residents (regardless of refugee status) and undocumented aliens from the U.S. and ban them for life. The fact that these sex offenders are allowed to remain in the U.S. and prey on children and women is highly disturbing and the U.S. should have zero tolerance for them.
