It appears that we have some people that are so over-the-top about the people's right to own guns (and guns meaning assault weapons) that they feel it is their "right" in defending the 2nd amendment to the constitution to circumvent the 1st amendment to the constitution and deport anyone who has a view that does not concur with their own.
