On Monday, January 7th, Alex Jones appeared on Piers Morgan Tonight to both defend his petition to deport Morgan for supporting gun control laws and threaten the United States government with violence if sensible gun laws are indeed passed.
Alex Jones has been using his news/talk show: The Alex Jones Show, and his websites infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com to expose to the general public his agenda. While making his case, Jones has been using deception; citing misleading facts and counterfactual statements to incite fear into his listeners. In his tirade on the Piers Morgan Show, Jones declared that "1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms!"
Jones has been misusing his 1st amendment right to incite fear tantamount to yelling "fire!" in a theater. He must be stopped.
