British citizen and CNN host Piers Morgan is engaged in an ongoing attack on the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. His arguments are baseless and devoid of facts. He is loud, rude, and ignorant.
His home country (UK) has banned gun ownership, and also has one of the highest violent crime rates in the world. Meanwhile, gun ownership is at an all-time high in the U.S. and our crime rate as of 2013 is at a 50-year low (Source: FBI). More Americans are struck by lightning annually than are murdered with rifles (Source: FBI).
Awhile back, Piers claimed he would leave the U.S. of his own accord if our gun laws didn't change. Our gun laws are NOT going to change, so this is a petition to hold him to his word. The American people are sick of him and his irrational fear-mongering.
