US Marshals and US Coast Guard must arrest, detain and deport Capt. Paul Watson of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society (SSCS) and alleged star of the Discovery Channel TV show "Whale Wars" if he steps onto US soil or enters US territorial waters on any Sea Shepherd ship since he is wanted on two (2) Interpol Red Notices for arrest warrants from Japan and Costa Rica. Regardless of allegations of political issues of these arrest warrants, he must be treated in the same way that any US citizen would be that has Interpol Red Notices
