Hate America? Leave! It's that simple. People who hate the United States of America should at minimum, lose their citizenship and waive their right for government support such as Medicaid, Medicare, Food Stamps, and free housing. With due process of course.
Anyone who pickets against America, democracy, etc should automatically be deported. If they hate America, then why live here?
