Illegal immigrants should be deported for being in the country ILLEGALLY, and not granted amnesty for choosing to break the law rather than entering America by legal immigration. There might be flaws in the current immigration process, but by granting amnesty to illegal aliens that have an anchor baby, elderly relative, or disabled family member says that it's okay if you break the law as long as enough people are doing it.
What is the point of having laws in this country if they are not going to be enforced? If 12 million people break the law and are granted citizenship by happening to already be here (illegally), what is the point of having a process for legal immigration?
Illegal immigrants should be placed at the back of the immigration line, not cutting in front of everyone else.
