Deport illegal aliens who refuse to pay (and are getting away with not paying) court-ordered child support.

Immigrants who are in this country illegally are using their anonymity and lack of paper trail to get away with many crimes in this country. One such crime is the financial neglect of their children. The Family Court system is allowing these people to lie regarding their income and other aspects of their lives, get away with not paying any child support, and are given a free pass based on their status. Single mothers have all the burden on their shoulders and must present proof of their income and expenses, while the illegal alien walks in empty-handed and their word is believed, even being granted a court-appointed lawyer. These people work off the books, some making more money than the custodial parent. Please stop illegal aliens from getting away with not paying child support.
