We must deport this abomination of a person to the one place where he will do us no harm. Antarctica is the perfect place because no human will have to endure his presence. Also we can't give him any sort of technology because we have experienced the horrible things he is capable of with it at his disposal. The only thing we will give him is a sweatshirt.
