Justin Bieber has plaqued the United States for long enough, he is hated worldwide yet his actions have caused the detruction of many americans, for example: the photographer killed while taking his picture, his actions influenced 1000's of minors to self harm themselves all over his illegal drug use. The abuse needs to end, our country is in enough debt. We do not need to pay for mental treatment for those effected by Biebers actions. Send him home.
