Justin Bieber is originally a citizen of Canada and is currently living in U.S. territory as a legal immigrant. We the people of the United States move to have him deported.
According to the "Immigration and Nationality Act INA: ACT 237 - GENERAL CLASSES OF DEPORTABLE ALIENS Sec. 237 2/B ii [8 U.S.C. 1227]"
"(ii) Drug abusers and addicts.-Any alien who is, or at any time after admission has been, a drug abuser or addict is deportable."
Bieber has been charged with a DUI, Resisting without Violence, and an expired drivers license. If he is found guilty of these charges, he will be in violation said immigration laws, and should lawfully be deported.
