DEPORT THE NAZI WAR CRIMINAL JOHN KALYMON WHO CONTINUES TO RESIDE IN THE US, DESPITE RECIEVING A DEPORTATION ORDER

The objective of this petition is to compel the government to deport the Nazi war criminal John Kalymon from the U.S. John Kalymon is a resident of Troy, Michigan and has confessed to being a member of the Ukrainian auxiliary police. The auxiliary police were instrumental in the massacre at Babi Yar and the liquidation of the Lviv ghetto. The U.S. Justice Department has produced a letter from August 14, 1942 allegedly written in Mr. Kalymon's own handwriting which stated that he had discharged his weapon killing one Jewish person and wounding another in "today's Jewish action". It is also known that he actively tried to cover up his participation in the Ukrainian auxiliary police when he entered the US. Kalymon has already received a deportation order and the order should be carried out.
