Pavlo Lazarenko is a fmr Ukrainian Prime Minister. In 1999 he fled prosecution from the Ukraine for accepting Bribes, Extortion, Money Laundering, Wire Fraud, his part in the murders of 2 elected officials, and the embezzlement of hundreds of millions of dollars.
He was arrested in Switzerland for offenses in that country and while on Bail he fled to the United States and attempted to enter using a fake passport. He was wanted by the authorities in the United States and was tried and convicted for money laundering and wire fraud utilizing American banks.
He spent 10 years in Federal Prison and was released 11/1/12. He is now petitioning for a residency permit to stay here. The Ukraine has asked for extradition multiple times. GRANT EXTRADITION! DEPORT LAZARENKO!
