DEPORT REGGAE ARTISTE DAVID “MAVADO” BROOKS

Created by T.B. on January 11, 2015

Reggae artiste David Brooks is a noncitizen felon residing in the USA. He was convicted in May 2012 in Jamaica for serious assault. While detained at JFK airport on July 2, 2011, he admitted that he bribed a US government official in order to have his visa reinstated. A subsequent investigation led to this official pleading guilty to a two count criminal indictment. It is grossly unfair that undocumented immigrants with NO serious criminal records are deported daily while a convicted felon, such as Mavado, has carte blanche to live and work here.
