DEPT OF EDUCATION ACADEMIC PROBATION WAIVER FOR COLLEGE STUDENT VICTIMS OF VIOLENT CRIME/DV

Any college student inclusive of LGBT experiencing DV, Violent Crime, Hate Crime forced to leave their completion of courses/semester will be met with Academic Probation upon return even years later, refused further completion of academic degree goals. A Waiver would allow the original GPA & protection of the Marsy Law upon any college student experiencing DV/LGBT DV and would end the "Victim Blaming" to any student's private unpredictable hardship. In the UK and other locations out of the U.S, the Dept of Education allows the original GPA to be in place and "Extenuating Circumstance Clause." In the USA the students upon return even over ten years later, do not receive any allowances to return to the original GPA before the Police/Hospital report documented Violent Crime(s) incidents
