The Dept. of Justice authored the Bill which became the Civil Rights Act. Student Loan Debtors deserve equal justice.

CEDR: Citizens for an Educated and Democratic Republic have been petitioning legislature with Senate Reports citing failure to oversee the Student Loan Industry, years of data, and seeking legislative sponsorship for a Bill to reform the Dept. of Education and the Student Loan Industry. Too many lives and young minds are being lost to a source of greed empowered by law. Don't blame the Executive; America is a country of laws not of men; It is the Legislature; now nearly half being millionaires; - who do they represent in this Representative Republic?
