The educational level of a college degree, internet resources that have ready access to testing supplies, and health care information should allow a partial deregulation of health care services. Software should be developed for this group, and they should be allowed limited licenses to prescribe medications for themselves. An "Autonomous" insurance option for those with this level of education should be available. We as a society need to add value to a college degree since in many cases it will not lead to higher wages or job security. It is nothing more than "White collar welfare" being paid by those who can least afford to provide it. A program that provides a partial deregulation of health care with a software program developed for this purpose is worthy of pursuit.
