Deregulate Suppressors as an NFA Item or reduce the financial burden to obtain them by reducing the tax stamp cost to $5

Please reduce the financial burden caused by the $200 tax stamp to obtain a suppressor under the National Firearms Act. Suppressors make firearm owners more responsible and less likely to bother others with their activities. The $200 tax stamp is unnecessary in the process in obtaining a suppressor. Reduce the financial burden by deregulating suppressors or at the minimum reducing the cost to $5 like Any Other Weapons in the NFA.
