Deschedule Marijuana and recognize higher threats. Federal descriptions of Marijuana actually match Salvia Divinorum.

Created by M.R. on September 23, 2013

Marijuana or cannabis as it is known has been naively described to Americans as dangerous but there are many drugs or drug-like substances that fit the Schedule I description much more accurately. Salvia Divinorum for instance can render a human fully incoherent for a matter of dollars at a local convenience store in many states. Federal regulations on Marijuana and/or cannabis are hindering state-led progressive laws in such ways that banks or insurance companies would be committing crimes for simply allowing the morally correct business owners from being able to operate and pay taxes. Currently all state businesses related to this industry are cash-based. This industry is asking for fair taxation but Schedule I classifications mean employers still test for THC and banks want no part.
