Describe in full detail how executive order 13603 is not a violation of the United States constitution.

Created by J.S. on November 25, 2012

We the people of the United States have seen degradations of our constitutional rights over and over again in the name of "national defense" from the patriot act which grossly violates our right to privacy as well as the NDAA. Executive order 13603 seems to be another gross violation of rights we the people of the United States are petitioning for at a minimum an explanation as to how this order is not a violation of our rights.
