The severity of this situation can not be overstated. Metallic oxides have been proposed as a method of creating hanging clouds by Government agencies, including the CIA. Due to the human health effects, the amounts must be assessed prior to depositing over large areas of the country. Breathing in aluminum may have undesirable effects, including Alzheimers Disease (dementia). Medical research implicates aluminum accumulation in this disease. In addition, the cumulative effect of metals in air and soil is deleterious to plant and animal life.
