Descrimination for not being bilingual.

Created by A.W. on August 07, 2014

Recently on my job search as well as my colleagues, we have been turned away from jobs that we are clearly qualified for because of the bilingual requirement. Most average to median jobs require you to be bilingual even though you hold degrees and have quailified job skills. Last week I went through two interviews with the same company, but was not offered the position because I was not bilingual, per say. There should be a requirement for foriegners to learn how to speak english in a english speaking country...America. Please note that I am not predjuice in any way, but I care for all people. I'm 43 and can not change to a job of my choice without knowing how to speak spanish.
