We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Desecrating the American Flag illegal and unlawful.

Created by S.S. on November 15, 2016

Desecration of our flag is disrespectful and demeaning to our country and the men and women who fought and continue to fight for it.
The term "desecration" shall include: burning, urinating or defecating, defacing, stepping on, damaging with stones or guns, cutting or ripping, verbally assaulting, and/or dragging to the ground.
There are 43 countries that have a flag. Thirty-three of these countries have laws against desecration of their flag.
U.S.C. Title 4, Chapter 1, Section 8, Sub-section J, states; "The flag represents a living country, and is itself considered a living thing."
We the people ask that the punishment for desecration include but not be limited to; criminal charges of disorderly conduct and/or arson, $2500 fine, and/or up to 18 months in jail.
