design a mandatory personal finance course for high school students, teaching youth better financial responsibility.

Created by M.S. on November 18, 2013

the teenage youth of america need to be better armed in dealing with the difficulties of personal finance. Many parents across the country are ill-prepared to handle and balance a checking account, savings account, credit cards or any other type of situation dealing with finances themselves. And many children of these parents are thrown out into the world, where they encounter a vast number of money savvy adults, eager to legally relieve them of their "excess" money. we should rather, allow them to gain a foothold in their future, by providing them specific training in the field of financial responsibility and safety. In the attempt to train them in recognizing "good" and "bad" traits in a monetary venture. I think the days of "let the buyer beware" need to pass into history.
