Design special allowances for majority registered party areas in certain federal guidelines and programs.

In areas with a registered majority of 65% or more voting for a specific party allow a special circumstance adjustment to party interest laws.
In a specific area that registers as example 65% or more republican give consideration in adjustment to the areas. Federal tax requirements, abortion laws, health care, and sensitive party issues can be adusted.
Assign simple percentages in adjustment in key tax laws not to exceed a base amount.
Allow parties to make slight adjustments to federal laws that cover the concerns of that area.
This would eliminate the disregard toward areas that have completely different needs and concerns.
Heavily democratic areas need attention toward special economic and social concerns as well.
