Female nurses are often the victim of sexual assault and abuse in the work environment. The atrocious act comes from other co-worker, often the ones in author and bearing the initials MD after their names (this person was functioning in the capacity of psychiatry). Because female nurses are usually the bread winner in the house; often supporting a single parent household or simply exhausted from working double shift or over time. Nurses are reluctant to report being assaulted on the job. Most professional work place sexual assault and abuse get unreported for fear of job loss or retaliation
Mr President a legal team of professionals should be readily available to health care worker for reviewing and investigating all complaints of sexual assault , without the fear of retaliation.
