If the USA is to recognize all women in the World as US citizens, they will need a technologically Advanced City capable of supporting a billion Population in which to live. The US Government simply needs to design the city of Tomorrow.
It will need a Parliament designed to allow the individual Citizen to represent themselves, rather than entrust their representation to others.
