designate all the area between Boston and Washington DC into one giant city and name it Mega City One.

Urban sprawl can be a good thing if we as a country create megacities and designate rural areas as strictly farm land and for industrial economy. this way we can reduce the amount of damage we as humans do to the earth and at the same time end world hunger.
