Designate all the National Parks and the all State Parks to be used also as Animal Sanctuaries.

The President and all agreeing officials will designate all National Parks and all State Parks also as Animal Sanctuaries.
Specifically for Dogs and cats in need of forever homes in their areas. No animal will ever be turned away,
no animal will ever be killed by a human being when they are a healthy and repairable animal. Housing,food, water, and maintenance of the animals facilities will be funded by the money that is wasted by the government on unecessary grants, and donations from anyone. The people hired at these parks to care for the animals will be from the presidents new job creations list nationwide. Positions will also be filled by those volunteers who absolutely love animals!
