Securing the infrastructure of the Internet is important to our society in a modern world. Many of the attacks that occur to information technology infrastructure are perpetrated by persons and/or groups that have political or social motives, seek to exploit the (sometimes lack of) laws in certain areas (Italy and Nigeria, for example), and fail to use the system in place (voting). It is respectfully suggested to enact a Federal Law with severe penalties that will protect the elderly and those with children from having to deal with situations such as results of bank hacking and identity theft. Include "unauthorized pen testing" and ALL acts that hinder data communications. If these people do not like society, take them out of it and imprison them - minimum 25 year prison sentences.
