The Democratic party in House and Senate and administration have refused to obey the laws passed by the Democrat's for one delaying parts of the ACA with out House approval. not enforcing immigration laws, not passing a budget for 4.5 years and closing the government in 2013 by playing games and passing blame on the Republicans when they wrote bills that they will not even look at and the President will not sign anything that is not totally what he wants. Spending billions of dollars on failing businesses and on giving friends and donors billions for support of Democrat's
