We the undersigned request the Obama administration designate the Newly acquired left wing for the Washington Capitals as their official house guest.
We request he is allowed entry to the East Wing and is allowed to sleep on any couch of his choosing, as long as he provides linens for said couch.
We request his designation stays in place for the duration of the 2013-2014 NHL hockey season, and remains in effect until the Capitals win the Stanley Cup or are eliminated from the playoffs.
