1. Any entity that is engaged with any form of hostility shall be designated as an enemy for the purposes of national defense, security, and foreign policies.
2. The 14th amendment states that anyone who aids an enemy shall not be qualified to be president, or representative.
3. Prevention of support or aid to any entity that has cost money, lives or property of the United States of America with hostility in any form being the result of the actions of such entity
