AS IT IS openly accepted by intelligence agencies, beginning with the OSS (precursor to the CIA) that the intentional disruption of basic organizational functionality is a form of sabotage to be used for military purposes (citation at the end), and
AS IT IS acknowledged by many within the Republican party that it is their goal to shut-down government operations until their religiously-motivated policies are passed, and
AS IT IS understood that to shut-down the US federal government would be the largest act of sabotage in history,
THOSE most extreme members of Congress shall be deemed enemies of the state, by way of traitorous terrorism.
