We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Designate the ISIS created toxic fires and the smoke released as Chemical Warfare.

Created by W.D. on October 25, 2016

Service members are often placed in unclean environments, burn pits and toxic waste can be almost normal. However, the current situation in Iraq is entirely different altogether. Oil Wells set on fire to slow the advance of the Iraqi Army have created toxic black smoke. Furthermore, large quantities of Sulfur have been lit creating a toxic cloud of smoke that wrecks havoc on lungs and has required the wear of military gas masks.

To help pave the way for future health monitoring, we the people ask that this tactic be labeled chemical warfare and that it be actively tracked and treated as thus. Rockets and mortars create injuries you can see, but chemical attacks such as this can leave invisible scarring of the lungs.
