We the undersigned petition that the Secretary of State designate Israel's Likud party a Foreign Terrorist Organization
Likud's violative conduct includes settlement activities in Occupied Palestinian Territory, assassination of foreign leaders, indiscriminate violence against civilians and journalists, denial of basic services to the residents of Gaza, and destruction of the homes of civilians. Such activity constitutes terrorist activity, as defined in section 212 (a)(3)(B) of the INA, and/or terrorism, as defined in section 140(d)(2) of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1988 and 1989.
We hereby petition that the Bureau of Counterterrorism in the State Department immediately initiate a detailed administrative record of the activities of the Likud party.
