Designate the Militia Group The Oath Keepers as a Domestic Terrorist Group.

In light of the fact that the "Christian" Militia, The Oath Keepers has recently stated they will resist with armed force if necessary, law enforcement of the United States or any representative of the United States from arresting Kentucky Court Clerk Kim Davis;and with their history of trying to intimidate law enforcement, the United States Military and citizens who don't agree with their views; and the fact this group is made up of current or former members of the military and of law enforcement, who are heavily armed and know how to use weapons, that this group be labeled as a Domestic Terrorist Organization, and to draw the continued surveillance of Federal Law Enforcement to ensure they do not curtail the Constitutional rights of any American.
