Designate a new national holiday called "Super Bowl Monday"

The Super Bowl is one of the biggest social events annually in the US. The way we come together for a football game is amazing!
Nielsen data shows that millions of people watch the SB each year. The number of SB parties in homes, bars & restaurants is huge.
Making SB Monday a holiday will allow people to share this unique American experience more completely.
The new 3 day weekend will also be a boom for business as
* Restaurant/bar revenues will increase as people will stay out later knowing that SB Monday is a holiday
* Retail revenues will increase as more TVs/party items are sold since the # of SB parties will grow
* Absenteeism will decrease as people won't need to call in sick on SB Monday
The SB is an event that binds us as a nation. A national holiday will help celebrarate this!
