designate North Korea as state sponsor of terrorism again considering the nuke & missile threat to the US and the world

I think we should designate DPRK as state sponsor of terrorism again in order to make Kim Jong-un stop threatening the U.S. and neighboring countries frequently with its nuclear weapons and long-range missiles. Already well known is North Korea's diplomatic brinkmanship and its military scheme cannot be given up by ignoring its business secret of making money by exchanging the risk for international assistance. Moreover, North Korea has already broken several agreements on the nuclear development with us and the other countries, which was one of the grounds that we removed North Korea from the list. Historically, Most of conciliatory gestures at North Korea by other countries has failed to lessen the military escalation on the Korean Peninsula that the North Korea always try to raise.
