Charge the NRA under Section 802 of the USA PATRIOT Act (Pub. L. No. 107-52) as a terrorist organization that carries out actions 'dangerous to human life' and that are intended to: (i) intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping.
Seize their assets under Section 806 of the PATRIOT Act to deprive them of their funding, provided mostly by gun manufacturers and used to hold America hostage to their lunatic ideas and to obstruct passage of rational gun control measures that would save lives.
