designate one day annually, in which restaurant employees can express their feelings to customers without consequence.

Created by J.S. on September 08, 2014

The current attitude and unruliness of restaurant patrons has steadily decayed in each passing year. Much of this behavior is learned and in many instances, the patron is either unaware of the effects of their behavior or simply does not care. By designating a day for restaurant employees to point out these aspects of their behavior, the industry will be doing a service to improve the working conditions for its employees and ultimately creating a more enjoyable dining experience for its patrons.
