clothing optional recreational should be allowed at least on federal public lands. it is truly a human behaviour and a nature that is expected to be supported by leading humanitarian countries such as US. We all expect that this would be granted and allowed for the societies who enjoy it and needs it badly in terms of recreation. And after all it is our first behavior as humans.
