Designate President Barack Obama a Terrorist following his refusal to designate #blacklivesmatter a Terrorist Group.

The #blacklivesmatter movement has divided a nation, brought death and violence to both the law enforcement community, and the non black American community. The President has excused their violence, and murderous acts against law enforcement time and time again.
